This text explains the purposes for which information is handled when you visit the ALOMETRY website and fill in the demo request form.

When you fill in the demo request form, we process your full name, company name and work email and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, the use case you are interested in, your estimated daily call volume and your free-text note. In addition, limited technical logs may be kept by the hosting provider for the security and accessibility of the site.
The information is used only to reply to your request, arrange the discovery meeting and define a starting scope that suits your operation. No marketing list is built from this data, and it is not sold to third parties.
Form submissions are sent to an automation infrastructure operated on behalf of ALOMETRY; from there, the request reaches our team by email. The transfer takes place over HTTPS.
Requests are kept until the meeting has taken place and a reasonable follow-up period has passed; when that period ends, or if you ask us to, they are deleted.
